A. 日本国内で仕入れた中古ドレスを中心に取り扱い、検品のうえ販売しています。気になる点は追加写真などでご案内できますので、購入前にお問い合わせください。

Q. 返品はできますか？
A. 中古品のため、サイズ違い・イメージ違い等のお客様都合による返品は原則お受けしておりません。輸送中破損や商品説明にない重大な不備があった場合は、到着後3日以内に写真付きでご連絡ください。

Q. サイズが不安です。
A. タグ表記はブランドにより異なるため、商品ページの**実寸（平置き）**をご確認ください。迷ったら「身長」「普段のサイズ」を添えてご相談ください。

Q. 海外発送はできますか？
A. 可能です。国・地域により送料や配送日数が異なります。

Q. 関税はかかりますか？
A. 国によって関税・輸入税・通関手数料が発生する場合があります。これらは購入者さま負担となります。

Q. 発送はいつですか？
A. ご入金確認後、通常 1〜3営業日以内 に発送します。

Q. 取り置きはできますか？

Q. Are the items authentic?
A. We curate pre-owned dresses from Japan and inspect items carefully. If you need additional photos or details, please message us.

Q. Do you accept returns?
A. We generally do not accept returns for customer preference (size, image difference, etc.) because items are pre-loved. If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Q. How do I choose the right size?
A. Please check the flat measurements on each product page. Tag sizes vary by brand. If you’re unsure, message us your height and usual size.

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Yes. International shipping is available. Delivery time and fees vary by destination and carrier.

Q. Will I have to pay customs duties/taxes?
A. Import duties/taxes may apply depending on your country. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Q. When will my order ship?
A. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Q. Can you hold/reserve an item?
A. In general, we do not offer holds. Items are first-come, first-served.
