ご入金確認後、1〜3営業日以内に発送します。

土日祝は発送がお休みになる場合があります。

配送方法

国内：追跡可能な方法で発送します（例：宅急便／ゆうパック等）

海外：追跡付きの国際配送で発送します（地域により配送方法が変わります）

商品ページまたは購入手続き画面にてご確認ください。

複数購入時の送料は、内容により自動計算または調整される場合があります。

配送先の入力ミスについて
住所不備・転居などにより返送された場合、再発送にかかる送料はお客様負担となります。

Orders ship within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping fees are shown at checkout or on the product page.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

ただし、下記の場合は対応いたします。

ご連絡期限

商品到着後 3日以内 に、注文番号と該当箇所の写真を添えてご連絡ください。
（期限を過ぎた場合は対応できないことがあります）

返品期限

当店からのご案内後、7日以内にご返送ください。

送料負担

当店不備の場合：当店負担

お客様都合の場合：原則お受けできません

返金について
返品商品が当店に到着・状態確認後、順次返金手続きを行います。
（決済方法により反映まで日数がかかる場合があります）

Because our items are pre-loved, we generally do not accept returns/exchanges for customer preference (size, color, image difference, etc.).
However, we will assist if:

Item arrives damaged

Major defect not described

Wrong item received

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
After approval, please return within 7 days.

Return shipping:

Our mistake/defect → we cover the cost

Customer preference → not accepted

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
